CMAS Diving Courses

CMAS - worldwide non-profit diving association.

CMAS is a non-profit diving association operating worldwide. One national association per country takes over the training according to the CMAS guidelines.

CMAS *

The CMAS * Brevet is recognized worldwide and enables independent diving with a diving buddy. Rental of diving equipment in all diving centers and diving shops. The CMAS* course includes 1 x 5 hr theory lesson, 1 confined water dive, 5 open water dives and apnea exercises.

CMAS**

The CMAS** is for advanced divers. The participant must have sufficient knowledge, especially regarding the topics listed below, so that he can plan and carry out dives with a dive buddy who is at least as well trained. He must be able to make provisions for emergencies and take measures in the event of emergencies.
The course includes 6 dives and apnea exercises as well as a theory lesson.

CMAS ***

With the CMAS*** you gain the qualification to organize and lead dives under difficult conditions, as well as simple dives with inexperienced divers. You are also able to organize and carry out diving trips independently. This is the first step in becoming a professional diver. The course is equivalent to the Divemaster of other organizations.
